Free introductory meeting

Costs: Free | Duration: Approx. 15 mins

Every application begins with a free and no-obligation introductory meeting with the independent financing advisor. During this meeting, your financing needs, goals, and potential next steps are discussed.

Quickscan / Feasibility Check

Costs: € 750 one-off

The advisor assesses your business figures, financial position, and financing plans to make an initial estimate regarding the feasibility of the desired financing.

You will receive feedback on the findings, key points of attention, and possible next steps.

Full Process

A. Private mortgage for entrepreneurs

For the purchase of a private home, where your income from entrepreneurship is included in the mortgage application.

Quickscan:

€ 750

Remaining fee:

€ 2,500

Total process fee:

B. Business financing

For the purchase or refinancing of commercial property, expansion of working capital, or other business financing needs.

Quickscan:

€ 750

Remaining fee:

€ 3,750

Total process fee:

€ 4,500

The costs of the quickscan are included in the total process fee and are always fully settled if the full process is continued. There are therefore no double costs.

All mentioned rates are exclusive of any applicable VAT and third-party costs. The independent advisor provides an assignment confirmation with the applicable conditions prior to providing the services.

If you only purchase the quickscan and decide not to continue the process, the fee of € 750 remains due.

Mijn verhuurder wilde aanvankelijk de volledige waarborgsom inhouden en eiste zelfs extra kosten vanwege vermeende schoonmaakkosten. Dankzij de modelbrief en de juridische steun van Ember Law Firm heb ik uiteindelijk het merendeel van de waarborgsom teruggekregen — en daarnaast ook te veel betaalde servicekosten en gemeentelijke heffingen.
